Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking
Every order includes full tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel in real time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-UK Orders)
Orders shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. PIVRIO is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.
Payment — Bitcoin (BTC)
We proudly accept Bitcoin (BTC) as a payment method. BTC payments are processed instantly at checkout. Your order will be queued for processing once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. If you choose BTC, please ensure you send the exact amount quoted, as any underpayment may delay processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@pivrio.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. PIVRIO cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier and contact us at support@pivrio.com within 48 hours. For lost packages, please check your tracking information first and reach out to us if the tracking shows no update for 10 business days beyond the expected delivery window.
